We may collect account details such as name, email address, role, organisation, team membership, login activity, and settings. We also process content added to a workspace, including documents, generated cards, typed answers, review logs, analytics, and support messages.

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide training workflows, generate and schedule study cards, show managers training evidence, secure the service, respond to support requests, and improve RecallAI.

Workspaces are normally created for business training purposes. Your organisation is responsible for making sure it has a lawful basis to upload documents and invite users. RecallAI processes workspace information to provide the service and follow administrator instructions.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us host, secure, email, analyse, or operate RecallAI. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users, or others.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and secure service providers. Administrators should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive or confidential personal information.

We keep account, training, and workspace information while the account or workspace is active and for as long as needed for legitimate business, security, audit, or legal reasons. We can delete or export data on reasonable customer request where technically possible and legally permitted.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or ask about the personal information held about you. Send requests to your workspace administrator or to info@recallai.co.za.

We may update this policy as RecallAI develops. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers or users.
