Terms of Service
These terms explain how RecallAI may be used by customers, administrators, and invited team members.
1. Using RecallAI
RecallAI helps teams convert internal operating procedures into study cards, review sessions, and training evidence. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in line with any workspace rules set by your organisation.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting the right people, removing access when needed, and making sure uploaded materials may be used for training.
3. Customer content
You keep ownership of documents, prompts, answers, study cards, and other content uploaded or created in your workspace. You grant RecallAI permission to process that content so we can provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
4. AI-generated output
RecallAI may draft cards or summaries using AI. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Managers should review and approve training material before learners rely on it, especially where the content affects customers, compliance, safety, finance, or legal decisions.
5. Availability and service changes
Features, limits, pricing, and commercial terms may change as RecallAI develops. We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use RecallAI to upload unlawful material, infringe someone else's rights, attack or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or process sensitive information unless your organisation has confirmed that it is allowed and appropriate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RecallAI is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
